Race Management

Classic Race Services works closely with the race director from the beginning of the planning phase all the way through race day results and cleanup!  Race directors can depend on us to provide practical advice and answer questions from start to finish.  We assist with the creation of a race registration form for marketing and runner registration.  Once the registration form is finalized, your event is added to our websites and on-line registration platform for marketing and registration.  We send the registration form to several popular websites runners use on a regular basis when searching for that perfect race.  Through out the planning process we are there every step of the way to lend support and answer questions.

Classic Race Services is proud to offer two affordable options for timing a running event:  Manual card based timing and RFID Chip timing.  Both timing options provide reliable and accurate results for the runners.  

 

On race day we provide all your finish line, race timing, and results needs. Classic Race Services has built its reputation on the following tenets: 

• the race will start on time

• race day results are available within 15 minutes of the last runner / walker coming through the finish line.

• results will be posted online in a timely manner, generally within a few hours of the event.

Results can be found on the Classic Race Services results page.  Each runner that provides an email address during the registration process will receive an email following the race with their personal results.

Any race that is timed and managed by Classic Race Services is a part of the Black Bag Race Series.  This is a competitive race series with the number one goal of making running fun for all. 

 

Classic Race Series works closely with the Clover Glove Race Series.  This series raises money for Georgia 4H.
